Responsible for the regulation of distribution and beverage alcohol sales, MLCC generates revenue for Manitobans within a framework of social responsibility, customer service excellence, and business effectiveness and workplace quality.

Tractus Group became involved in this project's 44,000 square foot addition during its design development phase working closely with Calnitsky Architects & Associates (CAA). Tractus Group was involved in developing more than 70% of the architectural

 





         
 

Soon after tender, Tractus was contacted again to be involved in this project. Tractus became responsible for the detailing of the main frame structural steel and miscellaneous metals. Having the benefit of already being involved with the architectural drafting, Tractus was able to significantly expedite the approval drawings to the Consultants and provide the fabricator with fabrication drawings one month earlier than what the project schedule anticipated. Tractus Group developed more than 300 drawings for this project. It was a fantastic team effort extending from the project managers, to the detailers, to the checkers and to the shop fabricator (our Client).
