The Group launches Tractus Projects!
January 1, 2008 marks the official launch of Tractus Projects – a responsive general contracting company specializing in interior renovations and retrofits of commercial spaces for retail, restaurant, office and salon.

Tractus Celebrates it’s 3rd B-Day!
Tractus Group turns 3 years old in March 2008. The Group's Principals, Jaret Horbatiuk and Ivan Cabezas take some time to reflect back upon its humble beginnings. "I remember the day we started perfectly", says Cabezas. "We were obviously very nervous about going on our own with only a small handful of clients. That first week we beat the street and the mailbox hard, pledging our commitment to providing an educated and integrated drafting service.
